Whats is the Professional Flight Dispatcher Ground School?

The learner must pass both Transport Canada exams; Flight Operations and Meteorology. Thanks for all your support Syl. Your words of encouragement let me wrestle this one to the ground. The FD course was instrumental in me making the grade here. I doubt I would have known where to begin otherwise, and your words would ring in my ears: "Don't second guess yourself. Choose the most correct answer."
John W.
